Aspire is our emerging leaders’ program that encourages career recognition, growth and opportunities for young professionals through:

– Leadership development programs aimed at nurturing the skills and expertise of emerging professionals

– Mentorship opportunities with industry executives for knowledge transfer, guidance, and career advice.

– Quarterly networking and professional development events that address industry trends and challenges as companies navigate the energy transition.

Aspire members are nominated on an annual basis by Rice Global Forum’s member companies, and members in the program serve a three-year duration.
