Awards

Each year, the Rice Global Forum (RGF) proudly recognizes excellence within the Engineering, Construction, and Capital Projects industries through three distinguished award categories:

1. Spirit of the RGF Award

This award honors an individual, group, or organization that exemplifies the core values and collaborative spirit of the Rice Global Forum. Recipients demonstrate exceptional commitment to fostering innovation, knowledge‑sharing, and industry advancement within the E&C and energy communities.

2. Lifetime Achievement Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates individuals who have made significant and enduring contributions to the Engineering and Construction industry. Honorees represent the most well‑rounded qualities of true industry leaders and are recognized for their sustained impact, leadership, and dedication to improving the profession.

3. Annual Award of Excellence

The Annual Award of Excellence recognizes outstanding contributions by an individual, group, or organization for a major achievement, significant event, or exemplary performance in an industry‑related activity. Recipients serve as powerful examples of excellence in applying the diverse talents, skills, and passion that drive success in the capital projects industry. Each of these awards reflects RGF’s commitment to honoring leadership, innovation, and excellence across the global Engineering and Construction landscape.

Eligibility

RGF members or non-member companies can make nominations. All nominations for the award must be submitted to the Rice Global Forum using the Nomination Form. Forum companies should submit their nominations through an RGF board member.

Judges

All nominations will be evaluated by members of the RGF Award for Excellence Committee. The judges will present to the full RGF Board of Directors for approval a list of three finalists, with a recommendation for the winner. Final selection will be made by approval of the full board.
